Meeting Directions

When in-person speakers are available, the NABA - New Jersey Butterfly Club prefers to meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm at the Morris County Library in Hanover Township. For those who are unable to attend in-person, the meeting will be available via Zoom.

Please be aware that due to conflicts with other events at the Library, it will not always be possible for us to reserve the meeting space on the first Tuesday in which case an alternate date will be chosen. For this reason up-to-date meeting information should always be consulted.

In cases where our guest speaker is presenting from a remote location, the entire meeting will be conducted only via Zoom and begin at 7:30pm rather than 6:30.

The Morris County Library is located at 30 East Hanover Ave, Whippany, NJ, directly across the street from the Frelinghuysen Arboretum. Driving directions are the following:

Traveling NORTH on Interstate 287:
Take Exit 36A - Proceed for 1/2 mile in the center lane of Morris Ave. East to Whippany Road. Continue to the second traffic light, make a left turn onto East Hanover Ave. Travel for 1/4 mile - Entrance to the Library is on the right at the traffic light opposite the Frelinghuysen Arboretum.

Traveling SOUTH on Interstate 287:
Take Exit 36 following the signs for Ridgedale Ave. - Bear right on the exit ramp. Proceed to the traffic signal and make a right onto Ridgedale Ave. Proceed to the first light and make a right turn onto East Hanover Ave. Travel for 1/4 mile. Entrance is on the left at the traffic light opposite the Frelinghuysen Arboretum.

From New Route 24:
Travel west to Exit 1A, 511 South, Morristown. Take right, go under bridge and make right onto East Hanover Ave. Travel 1/4 mile - Entrance to the Library is on your right at the traffic light - opposite the Frelinghuysen Arboretum.
